Geoff Matous serves as President & Chief Growth Officer leading marketing, sales, and business development for Conduce Health—a value-based specialty care marketplace.. With healthcare experience spanning over 15 years, Geoff has commercialized products and technologies ranging from implantable medical devices and capital equipment to value-based virtual care delivery. Most recently, Geoff was President and Chief Commercial Officer at Wellinks—a virtual cardiopulmonary clinic—where he lead the ideation of the business model, hiring of the team, raising over $45M of venture capital, and established partnerships with leading health systems, payers, and value-based care organizations.

His early career included successful tenures in the spine and neuroscience businesses of Synthes and Medtronic. Geoff is a 2006 graduate of the University of Connecticut (CLAS ‘06), a proud Husky, a father and husband, and an active member of his community.
