Cecile is a seasoned leader with over 12 years of experience across various industrial sectors, including electronics, building materials, healthcare, aerospace, and automotive. She has successfully managed a P&L of $20 million, launched new products generating over $50 million in revenue, and led teams of 25 people. Cecile has a strong background in product and business management, defining product strategy and transforming innovative ideas into successful market offerings. She builds technical teams and fosters both technical and commercial partnerships, with a proven track record of launching and selling products that give her customers a competitive edge.

An intellectually curious professional, Cecile is passionate about continuous learning. She holds a MS and PhD in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering from Yale, an MS in Polymer Science from the University of Bordeaux, and another MS in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique et Chimie de Bordeaux. In her spare time, Cecile enjoys competing in long distance triathlons and baking French desserts.
