Tom has over thirty-five years of corporate finance, business strategy, and operations experience both with large firms, such as Allied-Signal, Sterling Drug and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. He was the CFO for 3 biotech startups and raised over a total of $100MM from venture capital and/or strategic partner sources for these three start-ups

Anand Ranganathan
Anand leads the delivery of production-grade data, ML, and AI solutions at OneByZero. With a PhD in Computer Science from UIUC and a BTech from IIT-Madras, he excels in advancing AI technologies, particularly in natural language processing, real-time decision-making, and automated insights, with over 70 publications and 30 patents.
